Zumba: the booty-shaking workout arrived in the world like storm

Zumba is an aerobic-like dance exercise that boosts up your energy level with making the great atmosphere of zumba dance party. Choreographer and a fitness instructor - Alberto ‘Beto’ Perez from Columbia started his aerobics class but accidently forget his tape. In place of his tape, he put on another tape of his personal dance styles and music of salsa, samba, merengue, mambo and raggaetone to teach everyone. Apparently, they loved his mistake and tell him to repeat it again because this fun fiesta style loved by them very much and eventually, this style is spread the world by storm and known as zumba.

Based on interval training, zumba is considered to be a fun way to get complete exercise for body and mind. Going with slower tracks, it tones your body and lets you focus on your thighs, gluetes and other working areas along with lots of squats.
