The Chicago-born Polish-style Polka dance is prevalence in America while Slovenian style Polka dance is more popular in North America. The Norteno or Conjunto-style Polka dance is more performed in Texas and Mexico.

3. Line Dance: The country-western line dance can be performed by the group of people with the moves choreographed with the course of song. There are lots of common steps included such as triple step, shuffle step, lock step, stomp, pivot turn and grapevine in the western and country line dances.
