How break dance is easy for beginners? What makes it easy?

Elements of the dance

3. Footwork: The crouched dance position is involved of an individual with using feet and hands while touching the bottom. This is another great core element of break dancing which is based on art form. This is the element in which the dancers show their musicality.

4. Groundwork: In this element, the dancer can easily relocate once body moves down towards the ground. The transition can go with power moves and dancer can go lower. “The Worm” and “back rocks” are some examples of this element.

5. Power moves: Also known as spinning moves, it includes wind mills, head spins, backspins, turtles and flares. Though it is quite challenging to learn, but this element is popular and beneficial for you as it involves some aerial and athletic moves.

6. Freezes: As the name suggests “freeze”, this is used while body moves in the air by using hands or head. This is done traditionally and incapacitated. As this needs a good deal of stamina and strength to do, this is originally named as “power moves”.
